The following activities are strictly prohibited for all platform users:
All financial transactions on 1070 are conducted in BDT. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum and maximum limits for each transaction will be specified in the relevant payment section of the platform.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Some withdrawals may be delayed during the verification process.
Funds tied to a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. Prior to fulfilling those requirements, only the non-bonus portion of your deposited funds may be eligible for withdrawal. 1070 reserves the right to temporarily place any suspicious transaction on hold while it is under investigation.
Users are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes on earnings obtained through the platform. 1070 does not provide advice on personal tax matters.

1070 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
If an account is closed, any refund of a verifiable balance will be considered on a conditional basis. Bonus-related balances are non-refundable.
1070 will not be liable for any loss arising from technical issues, server outages, network problems, or unintentional errors. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Users access the platform at their own risk. 1070 accepts no liability whatsoever for financial losses resulting from betting or gaming.
1070 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. For significant updates, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be referred to negotiation for resolution. If negotiation fails, the matter will be settled under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
